Barolo DOCG is the "King of Italian Wines," produced from Nebbiolo grapes in the rolling hills of the Langhe, in the province of Cuneo. The production zone encompasses 11 municipalities, including Barolo, La Morra, Serralunga d'Alba, and Castiglione Falletto, each with unique characteristics.

It requires a minimum aging period of 38 months (at least 18 in oak barrels), increasing to 62 months for Riserva. With its garnet-red color and orange reflections, it offers notes of rose, tar, licorice, spices, and red fruits on the nose.

On the palate, it is austere and tannic, with an imposing structure and extraordinary longevity: the finest vintages can age for over 30 years.
