Sagra della Pizza Scima

The Sagra della Pizza Scima returns to Pianibbie Ripitella in Casoli for three days celebrating Abruzzo's culinary traditions and community solidarity. Organized by the Ripianibbi association, this festival showcases Pizza Scima, an unleavened pizza that represents an authentic piece of local farming heritage worth preserving and promoting. Beyond this star attraction, visitors can taste the Totera, a traditional Casoli sweet that captures the genuine flavors of the region. The gastronomic offerings extend to other carefully selected local products, creating a complete culinary experience that tells the story of the community's traditions.
