The undisputed star of the festival is Tagliolino al San Daniele, a handcrafted fresh pasta that embodies the territorial excellence of the region. This extraordinary dish represents the perfect union of pasta-making mastery and one of Italy's most renowned PDO products: San Daniele prosciutto, with its delicate flavor and unmistakable taste. The ten-day event features a full calendar of activities: each evening offers guided tastings of local specialties, accompanied by live music and traveling performances animating the village streets.
