Festa della Castagna 2026 (3rd Edition - Chestnut Festival)

On Saturday, November 7, 2026, the Festa della Castagna returns to Cerva for its third edition. Organized by the local municipal administration in collaboration with community associations, the event takes place between the Museo della Castagna in the historic center and the central Piazza della Vittoria, celebrating Calabrian chestnuts and outstanding regional agri-food products. The festival itinerary blends discovery with warm conviviality: visitors will find food stalls and artisan exhibitions dedicated to local delicacies, including extra virgin olive oil and chestnut honey, alongside guided tastings and tours of the Museo della Castagna. The schedule also features an educational conference on chestnut farming, enlivened by traditional folk music and live entertainment.
