For over twenty years, it has been working with milk from the Monte Poro highlands to produce the typical cheeses of the territory — pecorino, caciotta, mozzarelle, scamorze, provole — fresh and aged, alongside Calabrese cured meats such as pancetta, soppressata and capocollo. A production that tells the story of the Poro pastures in every form.
