Artisanal cheese and cured meat producer with family management in Ionadi (VV). For over twenty years, it has been working with milk from the Monte Poro highlands to produce the typical cheeses of the territory — pecorino, caciotta, mozzarelle, scamorze, provole — fresh and aged, alongside Calabrese cured meats such as pancetta, soppressata and capocollo. A production that tells the story of the Poro pastures in every form.
