A Catanzaro company founded in 1989 — with chili pepper and preserve production already started in 1985 — by Domenico Scalise, with the aim of recovering and promoting the best of Calabrese farming tradition. From a small family operation at the foot of Catanzaro, it has grown to 4,000 square meters and over one hundred specialties exported worldwide: vegetable antipasti, chili pepper sauces and creams, bomba calabrese, oils and vinegars. Selected raw materials and controlled artisanal processing, without antioxidants, dyes or chemical preservatives; certifications include BRC, IFS, ISO 22000, organic and kosher.
