Artisanal company based in Santa Domenica di Ricadi, in the Tropea area, founded in 1996 by Domenico Furchì — from a family of fruit and vegetable producers and merchants since 1966, specializing in Cipolla Rossa di Tropea Calabria IGP. From the onion comes the renowned Mousse di Cipolla®, sweet and sour preserve, pâté and compotes; alongside, preserves, oils and appetizers made with olive oil, without preservatives or colorants. Its products are sold online throughout Europe, from Germany to Poland, and on the shelves of the Kaufland chain.
