Ippolito 1845
The oldest winery in Calabria, founded in Cirò Marina (KR) in 1845 and now in its fifth generation of the Ippolito family. It cultivates over 100 hectares across sun-drenched hills and plains near the Ionian Sea, in the heart of Cirò DOC, dedicating itself to the recovery of native grape varieties — Gaglioppo, Greco Bianco, Greco Nero, Pecorello, Calabrese. A research that has been awarded: 'Industria Felix' has elected it the best wine-producing company in Calabria for three consecutive years and its flagship reds (Ripe del Falco, 160 Anni, Colli del Mancuso Cirò Riserva) obtained 91 points at 5StarWines of Vinitaly. Among its labels, the white Mare Chiaro Cirò DOC.
