Sapori Antichi Muraca

Sapori Antichi Muraca is a family-run agricultural business founded in 1992 in Cicala (CZ) by Giacomo Muraca's vision, a keeper of recipes passed down through generations — some, as tradition tells, recovered from the monastery of Abbazia di Corazzo. It transforms Calabrian vegetables and raw materials into ready-made sauces, preserves, oil-preserved vegetables, bruschetta and chestnut derivatives (including flour), among which are the chili pepper sauces and 'A Sarsa da Nunna'. The quality and breadth of its assortment have opened national and international markets to the company.
