
Valle Fiore
Cheese-making facility founded in 2001 from the union of Sila breeders, already owners of herds mainly of Italian Brown cattle, in the heart of the plateau linked to Magna Graecia and Gioacchino da Fiore. The flagship product is Caciocavallo Silano DOP, obtained exclusively from fresh and genuine Sila milk, collected every morning from member farms and processed according to the ancient Sila cheese-making tradition. Alongside it, provola, scamorza, butirro and mozzarella, also available for tasting at the company's sales point and grill restaurant.
