Clementine di Calabria IGP are sweet, juicy, seedless citrus fruits cultivated on the Catanzaro Ionian coast and the Sibari Plain.
Calabria produces over 70% of Italian clementines. The Comune and SRA 63 varieties are the most widespread, harvested from November to February.
The Ionian microclimate, with mild winters and sea breezes, gives these fruits a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity. Enjoyed fresh, in juices, marmalades, and in local pastry.
