International Street Food arrives in Paola with a gastronomic experience that breaks down culinary boundaries, transforming the charming Lungomare Centro into a sensory journey through flavors from around the world. From August 7-9, 2026, this Calabrian city hosts over 40 food trucks and gastronomic stands from 15 countries, where tradition and innovation meet in the most beloved street food recipes from five continents. An unmissable opportunity to savor the best of authentic urban cuisine: from Mexican street food with tacos and quesadillas, to freshly prepared Turkish kebabs, from Chinese dim sum to Sicilian arancini, from Thai cuisine to Portuguese and Spanish specialties. Every stand is run by skilled artisan food experts who guarantee quality and authenticity in every dish. Beyond the savory offerings, the event features a curated selection of craft beers from Italian and international microbreweries, the perfect accompaniment to enhance the aromas of street food. Completing the experience are sweets from Italian and world traditions: from Spanish churros to Sicilian cannoli, from Japanese confections to French desserts, telling stories of culture and recipes passed down through generations. Recognizing the importance of gastronomic inclusivity, International Street Food provides gluten-free options for both food and beer, ensuring everyone can participate in this celebration of flavors.
