The event 'Storie di Pane sulle Orme di Sant'Umile' is a cultural and food-and-wine celebration held in Bisignano, set in the square before the Convento della Riforma. Organized by the Municipality of Bisignano's Department of Agriculture in collaboration with the Calabria Region, ARSAC, and the Order of Friars Minor community, this gathering highlights local art, heritage, flavor, and tradition. The festival pays homage to the timeless value of artisanal bread while rediscovering historical roots connected to Saint Humilis of Bisignano. Over the course of the two-day event, visitors can look forward to insightful talks, interactive workshops, and continuous batches of freshly baked local bread. The program is further enriched by live cooking demonstrations presented by IPSEOA Da Vinci of Castrovillari, alongside delightful live musical performances.
