Fiano di Avellino

Fiano di Avellino DOCG is an aromatic and well-structured white wine produced from Fiano grapes in the hills of Irpinia around Avellino. The Fiano grape variety was already cherished by Frederick II of Swabia, who promoted its cultivation in the 13th century.

With a pale straw color and golden reflections, it offers a complex bouquet of white flowers, hazelnut, honey, and citrus on the nose. On the palate, it is savory and mineral, with great freshness and remarkable persistence. It ages beautifully for 5-10 years.

It is ideal paired with fish dishes, risottos, white meats, and fresh cheeses.
