Olio Colline Salernitane DOP is a medium-fruity extra virgin olive oil, obtained from the native cultivars Rotondella, Frantoio, Carpellese and Nostrale. Produced on the hills of Salerno province, between the Costiera Amalfitana and Cilento, this oil captures the aromas and flavors of the territory.
Olive harvesting takes place between October and December, strictly by hand or with mechanical means that do not damage the fruit. The pressing occurs within 48 hours of harvest, at controlled temperatures to preserve the organoleptic properties.
On the palate, it presents notes of fresh grass, artichoke and almond, with a slightly peppery aftertaste. Ideal served raw on bruschette, salads and fish dishes.
