Back in June comes the highly anticipated Gnocco Estate, Emilia-Romagna's most mouth-watering gastronomic event, organized by the Gnocco Fritto Group in Castelletto di Serravalle. For three days, from June 12-14, 2026, the covered equipped area on Via Berlinguer will transform into an oasis of authentic flavors where you can taste the historic fried gnocco, the most iconic dish of Bologna's culinary tradition, in all its most appetizing variations. Beyond the delicious food stands open every evening from 6:00 PM, the event features a rich entertainment program with evenings dedicated to live music and dancing, ensuring fun for the whole family. A perfect opportunity to combine the pleasure of fine dining with joy and conviviality, immersed in the summer atmosphere of Emilia. A conscious and charitable celebration: all proceeds from the event will be donated to local associations committed to supporting the community.
