Sagra del Friggione a Fabbrica di Imola

The 38th edition of the Sagra del Friggione returns to Fabbrica, a small village in Imola, to celebrate one of the most representative side dishes of Bologna's culinary tradition. From May 8th to 17th, the Social Center on Via del Santo will host an event that brings together authentic gastronomy, conviviality, and fun for the whole family. Friggione, prepared according to the traditional recipe with onions and tomatoes, will be the undisputed star, perfect to enjoy both hot and cold accompanied by homemade bread.

But this festival is more than just food: alongside local specialties such as tagliatelle, tortelli, polenta, castrato and tagliata, the event offers a rich entertainment program featuring concerts, live music, karaoke, and activities dedicated to children. Two weekends designed to allow everyone to participate, with evening openings on Fridays and Saturdays, and service for both lunch and dinner on Sundays.

Organized by the Fabbrica Social Center, this festival represents an unmissable opportunity to rediscover the authentic flavors of Emilia-Romagna in a genuine and welcoming atmosphere, where local gastronomy blends with the joy of gathering together and having fun.
