Coseanetto di Coseano(UD) – Coseanet in Blave

Coseanet 'n Blave is the festival dedicated to Coseanetto di Coseano, a traditional Friuli dish made with polenta and cheese. The first edition takes place from July 3-5, 2026 in the charming village of Rodeano, a hamlet of Coseano in the province of Udine, transforming into a vibrant gathering place where conviviality, culinary tradition, and entertainment celebrate the authentic identity and flavours of the Friuli region. The event offers a unique opportunity to taste Coseanetto prepared according to traditional recipes, paired with local wines and other regional gastronomic specialties such as casunziei, frico, and Friuli speck.
