Pordenonelegge returns from September 16 to 20, 2026, for its 27th edition, cementing its reputation as one of Italy's premier literary festivals. This celebration of books and freedom is set for an extraordinary edition, opened by acclaimed author Salman Rushdie and concluded with the presence of Italian President Sergio Mattarella—a symbolic milestone on the path to 2027, when Pordenone will serve as Italian Capital of Culture.
