The Festival of Saints Hermacora and Fortunatus in Roveredo di Varmo is one of the most anticipated summer events in Friuli Venezia Giulia. Featured local specialties include polenta, casunziei (traditional filled pasta), San Daniele prosciutto, fresh cheeses, and the region's renowned DOC wines. Every dish is prepared with care following traditional recipes, accompanied by a selection of Friuli wines. The Youth Pavilion becomes the heart of evening socializing, offering aperitifs, cocktails, and gathering spaces designed for all ages, creating the convivial atmosphere that characterizes Italy's finest festivals. The festival's diverse program includes live music evenings with local and regional bands, a fascinating Historic Car Rally featuring vintage vehicles, traditional entertainment, and activities for children.
