San Pietro al Natisone is preparing to celebrate Saints Peter and Paul with enthusiasm in a festive atmosphere that will enliven this charming historic village in Friuli Venezia Giulia. For two days, from June 27 to 28, 2026, the town will transform into a stage of conviviality where gastronomic tradition, music, and culture meet to offer visitors an unforgettable experience. SATURDAY, JUNE 27 The official opening of the celebrations begins at 6:00 PM with the setup of food stalls distributed throughout the historic center and main square. The youth gathering point ‹Chiosco Passerella› will become the beating heart of the festival, where you can enjoy Friuli specialties such as frico, cjarsons, and musetto accompanied by local wines and craft beers. Starting at 7:30 PM, Ondacustika will bring the warmth of live music during aperitivo hour with songs ranging from Friuli folk to modern hits. From 9:00 PM, the DJ set by Kalu and Zorza will take over, entertaining the evening with dance and Latin music until late night (around 1:00 AM). SUNDAY, JUNE 28 The day opens at 11:00 AM with a solemn procession dedicated to the patron saints that will traverse the main streets of the village, starting from the Parish Church. From 12:30 PM the food stalls reopen with an extensive Sunday menu featuring roast pork sandwiches, fish soup, risotto alla sbirria, and typical sweets such as gubana and presnitz. An equipped picnic area will also be available. From the afternoon (starting at 4:00 PM) entertainment will begin with live background music and cultural performances celebrating local traditions. In the evening (from 8:00 PM) a softer DJ set will accompany dinner and the closing festivities. PRACTICAL INFORMATION Free admission to all events.
