From September 3-20, 2026, the Teatro del Fieno will transform into a stage for gastronomy and entertainment, where the prestigious porcini mushroom—a noble ingredient of Italian cuisine—takes center stage. The event perfectly combines a passion for fine food with fun: on Saturdays and Sundays, you can enjoy lunch on-site with typical dishes such as pasta with porcini, risotto alla velletrana, and sautéed mushroom roasts, while evenings come alive with musical performances featuring renowned guests. The event also hosts the Fiera dell'Agricoltura (Agricultural Fair), an important showcase of the agricultural and food excellence of the Velletri territory.
