The 2026 edition spans two weekends, May 9-10 and May 16-17, welcoming more visitors to discover and taste Carchitti's specialties. Gastronomic stands feature fresh strawberries, strawberry desserts, artisanal jams, chocolate-covered strawberries, and traditional Lazio dishes such as coratella, pappardelle with wild boar, and DOP cheeses from the Castelli Romani.
