From August 7-9, Piazza del Campo will transform into a gastronomic arena where pappardelle—the iconic egg pasta prepared according to the region's most authentic recipes—takes center stage. Experience them in their classic pairings with succulent ragù and refined sauces, savoring the genuine flavors of Roman cuisine. The festival's culinary offerings extend beyond pappardelle alone: generous space is dedicated to quality second courses that will satisfy every palate. Each dish can be paired with a selection of craft beers and house wines, carefully chosen to enhance the flavors of the dishes.
