The celebrated Cantin Cantina returns to Configni for its 24th edition, one of the most anticipated events of the summer season in the Rieti area. From August 19-22, 2026, the town's piazzas will transform into a lively stage where culinary tradition and live entertainment converge to create four unforgettable evenings. The event's winning formula remains unchanged: excellent food, great music, and the conviviality that defines summer celebrations in Lazio. Gastronomic stands will open each evening from 8:00 PM, offering the best specialties of Rieti and Lazio cuisine: from pasta alla gricia to saltimbocca alla romana, from bruschetta to local DOP cheeses, and traditional desserts. It's the perfect opportunity to savour the authentic flavours of the region in a festive and welcoming atmosphere.
