From July 10-19, 2026, this enchanting event takes visitors on a journey through the gestures and rhythms of agricultural tradition, showcasing historic machinery and processing techniques that shaped rural life in the region for generations. Threshing demonstrations are the beating heart of the event: expert farmers will showcase the workings of old threshing machines in action, explaining each phase of the process that separates grain from chaff. Visitors can witness traditional techniques up close and understand the physical labor that farming once demanded.

Alongside the fascinating demonstrations, the festival offers a complete gastronomic experience with stands serving simple, authentic Ligurian cuisine: focaccia col formaggio (cheese focaccia), trofie al pesto, farinata, panigacci, and other dishes made with the finest local products from the La Spezia territory.
