Throughout the two-day festival, visitors can savor fresh strawberries freshly picked from local valleys, as well as signature dishes crafted by regionally renowned chefs. Must-try specialties include the Strawberry Tart from Locanda del Borgo (the most awarded recipe from the previous edition), Strawberry Tiramisu with wild strawberry zabaglione, Ligurian Plin with ricotta and strawberry filling, and artisanal juices from the Bargone Agricultural Cooperative.
