The beloved Sagra della Lasagna al Forno returns to Sesta Godano, one of the most anticipated events of the Ligurian summer. The 6th edition of this festival, organized by the Italian Red Cross – Sesta Godano Committee, awaits you on July 11 and 12, 2026 at the Sandro Pertini Sports Field. Two evenings celebrating good food, conviviality, and entertainment – the perfect way to spend an unforgettable weekend with your loved ones. The food stands open at 7:30 PM with a wide variety of dishes. The undisputed stars of the show are the lasagnes: available in the classic meat ragù version with incredibly tender beef, as well as a lighter variation made with DOP Genoese basil pesto, a cornerstone of Ligurian culinary tradition. But there's more: you'll also enjoy succulent asado marinated according to local recipes, ribs grilled to perfection with delicate smoking, crispy french fries, cheeses and cured meats typical of the Val di Vara valley, all paired with carefully selected Ligurian wines.
