Sagra della Salsiccia (Sausage Festival)

The Sagra della Salsiccia of Ceriana returns on August 22-23, 2026, one of the most eagerly anticipated gastronomic events of the Ligurian summer. Organized by the Municipality of Ceriana together with the festival committee and the four historic confraternities of the village, the event showcases delicious traditional recipes featuring sausage in an atmosphere of celebration and conviviality. A festival that has been held uninterruptedly since 1990, when the confraternities first began to compete with delicious creations. The event takes place at Parcheggio Pallarea and features an impressive musical program. On Saturday, August 22, Berben Band and Discomania will perform, while on Sunday, August 23 at 5:00 PM, it will be the turn of the Sbandieratori di Ventimiglia and Groovejet. Bus service is available for those traveling to the event.
