From July 23-26, in the enchanting Eremita location of Mallare, a gastronomic festival entirely dedicated to fish cuisine will transform the wooded hillside into an open-air dining experience. Organized by Società Calcio Mallare, this event offers a rare opportunity to discover how culinary tradition and unspoiled nature can create an unforgettable experience. The program welcomes everyone: Thursday through Saturday, food stalls open at 7 PM with fresh fish dinners, while on Sunday lunch is also available from 12:30 PM. The menu, strictly focused on fish, features three pasta dishes and eight main courses prepared according to the best Ligurian traditions, with no fixed seatings but mandatory reservations to ensure quality service.
