35a Festa Popolare di Fornaci (Fornaci Folk Festival)

The Festa Popolare di Fornaci reaches its 35th edition, bringing the spaces of the Oratorio di Fornaci in Brescia to life for ten consecutive evenings dedicated to conviviality and traditional cuisine. Every evening the food stalls open their doors offering a rich menu alongside special themed nights highlighting classic dishes: from Sunday takeaway spiedo (traditional spit-roast) to paella, as well as nights featuring tripe, manzo all'olio (braised beef with olive oil), fried seafood, Milanese cutlet, and pizzoccheri, accompanied by guided tastings of local wines and craft beers. The festival schedule features a wide variety of entertainment for all ages. Highlights include three themed Escape Rooms set up across the two weekends, the Popolar Run non-competitive footrace alongside a Color Run, plus table football tournaments, team briscola, and burraco card games. Visitors can also enjoy magic shows, craft stalls, and live music. Designed for comfort, the festival grounds offer covered seating, a children's playground, ample outdoor parking, and dedicated spaces for visitors with disabilities.
