On Saturday, August 1st, Nave ignites its passion for churrasco, the celebrated South American barbecue that brings together culinary tradition and conviviality. Hosted at the Casa della Comunità, the event begins at 8:00 PM and promises an evening of exceptional food and social gathering, where the smoky flavors of grilled meat meet classic accompaniments from local cuisine. The proposed menu embraces a philosophy of simplicity and authenticity: churrasco, the true star of the table, is served alongside creamy polenta, crispy potatoes, and completed with water and red wine. A culinary experience that celebrates the genuine taste of meat, prepared according to tradition, without excessive seasonings. Beer is available separately for an additional charge.
