E Lucevan le stelle (Opera & Classical Concert)

The charming setting of Piazza Castello in Borgo Pieve, Erbusco, hosts 'E Lucevan le stelle', a musical evening dedicated to the most famous opera arias and the great Italian melodic tradition. The event features tenor Riccardo Della Sciucca, flutist and concertmaster Michele Brescia, and the Wind Quintet chamber ensemble composed of the principal players of the 'Milano Classica' Orchestra. The evening's repertoire offers a journey through operatic masterpieces and renowned instrumental pieces: from 'Nessun dorma' and 'Una furtiva lagrima' to 'La donna è mobile', the overtures to 'The Marriage of Figaro' and 'The Barber of Seville', as well as timeless classics like ''O sole mio' and 'Maria' from West Side Story. Sponsored by the Municipality of Erbusco and organized by Milano Classica with CarolinaNegroniEvents, the concert lasts approximately 75 minutes.
