Hosted at the Catena Rossa alla Porta delle Fate farm in Sarezzo, 'Il pomeriggio delle erbe' is an educational and immersive workshop dedicated to identifying and using wild herbs for culinary and everyday wellness purposes, guided by expert Marilena Pinti. The event features an in-depth theoretical session with visual aids followed by a hands-on walk through the estate's meadows and woods to spot botanical species in their natural habitat, learning how to safely tell edible plants from potentially toxic ones. The program also includes a practical workshop to create your own flavored bay leaf jar and wraps up with a tasting session of herbal teas and local farm products.
