L’eredità di S.Carlo Borromeo (The Legacy of Saint Charles Borromeo)

As part of the latest edition of the 'Verolanuova inaspettata' festival, the local community presents a special event dedicated to the memory of Saint Charles Borromeo. The highlight of the program is a guided tour titled 'A misura d’Uomo. L’eredità di san Carlo Borromeo a Verolanuova, tra famiglia, architettura e spiritualità' ('On a Human Scale: The Legacy of Saint Charles Borromeo in Verolanuova, through Family, Architecture, and Spirituality'), designed to explore the deep historical and spiritual ties between the Saint and this region. Participants will enjoy a rare opportunity to rediscover the Basilica di San Lorenzo from an original vantage point, uncovering how Saint Charles's guidance and influence shaped the architecture and history of this sacred monument.
