La signora delle stelle (The Lady of the Stars)

As part of the 'La Signora delle Stelle' cultural series, organized by the Municipality of Montichiari in memory of Laura Pasinetti and her generous donation, the Sala Pedini at the local Centro Fiera hosts an engaging science talk titled 'Verso le stelle e oltre' (Towards the stars and beyond). Designed for high school students but open to the public, the event offers a fascinating journey into astronomy and scientific exploration. The keynote speaker is Marco Bersanelli, Full Professor of Astronomy and Astrophysics at the University of Milan, internationally renowned for his research on the Cosmic Microwave Background and his leading role in ESA's Planck space mission. Admission is free, with booking recommended via Eventbrite.
