Polenta e briscolone (Polenta and Card Tournament)

Polenta e briscolone is a convivial evening organized by Unione Sportiva Stella Rossa, an amateur sports association active in Brescia and Valle Camonica. This gathering blends traditional regional cuisine with community fun and entertainment. The centerpiece of the dinner is a generous polenta buffet, which guests can pair with a variety of delicious toppings: sausage in tomato sauce, pork ribs with savoy cabbage, spinach, baked pumpkin, creamy gorgonzola cheese, and a vegan bean stew option. Wine is also included with the dinner ticket. The second half of the night is dedicated to games and music, featuring an exciting briscolone card tournament alongside karaoke to keep the party going.
