Sagra del fungo chiodino (Honey Mushroom Festival)

The Sagra del Fungo Chiodino reaches its 36th edition in Dello, bringing Piazza della Pace and the historic center to life with five days devoted to the authentic autumn flavors of Brescia tradition. The undisputed star of the festival is the chiodino (honey mushroom), celebrated in classic recipes served at the food stalls, including fresh pasta dishes like casoncelli and tagliatelle paired with rich sauces and flavorful sides. Alongside mushroom specialties, the food journey honors other local icons, featuring a special evening dedicated to the famous spiedo bresciano (traditional spit-roasted meats) with sides. Visitors can browse market stalls selling local products, with dinners served every evening and lunch also available on Sunday. The celebration is completed by live music and entertainment for all ages, including themed party nights like Aperipirlo and the TRL2000 format, alongside family-friendly activities.
