Cose mai viste: mostra mercato della creatività (Handmade & Creativity Market)

The Rocca di Lonato hosts 'Cose Mai Viste', a market exhibition dedicated to sustainable creativity, handmade craftsmanship, and the circular economy. The event gathers around sixty makers from across Italy, featuring bespoke clothing, upcycled accessories, artisan jewelry, illustrations, home decor, lighting, natural cosmetics, vintage apparel, yarns, and local DE.CO. products. The event also presents 'PAPER', a special spin-off celebrating paper arts and illustration in collaboration with Fondazione Ugo Da Como, the Museo della Carta in Toscolano Maderno, and students from Scuola Comics in Brescia. Inside the Casa del Capitano, visitors can explore the photography exhibition 'BENÀCUS: Lake Garda and its hills through the lens of Giorgio Attilio Mutti', while the historic Casa del Podestà and its renowned library are also open throughout the day. Set within the fortress grounds, the program offers activities and workshops for both adults and families, including wooden brain teasers, drawing and bookbinding classes, and creative kids' workshops. Street food trucks and craft drinks round out the experience, offering the perfect open-air refreshment break.
