Gastronomic stands showcase the territory's best delicacies: risotto alla milanese, casoeula, polenta, and ossobuco accompanied by local DOP cheeses and traditional desserts. All dishes are expertly paired with quality beverages, all surrounded by a festive and welcoming atmosphere. The festival reaches its climax on October 12 with the enchanting parade of allegorical floats at 5:00 PM—an event representing the true beating heart of the celebration and involving the entire local community.
