The Sagra Tirolese returns to Caronno Varesino, an unmissable opportunity to immerse yourself in the authentic flavours of the Alps and the traditions of the Tyrolean region. From 12 to 14 June 2026, the Parco Macchi Festival Area will transform into an authentic Alpine village where you can savour authentic Tyrolean cuisine prepared according to traditional recipes, enjoyed in a festive and convivial atmosphere. The event menu features the most beloved specialities of Tyrolean gastronomy: spinach Spätzle, goulash with potatoes, canederli (bread dumplings), grilled würstel sausages, sauerkraut and crispy pretzels. Each dish is accompanied by a selection of craft beers and carefully chosen wines, while traditional desserts such as strudel and fruit tarts will satisfy even the sweetest of palates. Organised by Pro Loco Caronno Varesino, this event is more than just a gastronomic festival—it's an immersive experience. We encourage you to wear traditional Tyrolean clothing (lederhosen, dirndl and characteristic accessories) to fully participate in the festive atmosphere and themed entertainment that will enliven the three days. **Practical Information** The Parco Macchi Festival Area offers ample free parking and easy access.
