TaragnaFest returns to brighten the Bergamo summer with two weekends dedicated to the authentic flavours of the Orobian valleys. This well-established event in the province's summer calendar confirms itself as one of the most eagerly awaited appointments, thanks to an offering that perfectly combines gastronomic tradition, musical entertainment and festive atmosphere. Roncola San Bernardo prepares to welcome thousands of visitors to a fully equipped and covered area, where comfort and hospitality are guaranteed throughout the day. The undisputed star will be polenta taragna, the iconic dish of Bergamo cuisine, prepared according to the most authentic recipes by volunteers of US Roncola. Alongside this historic specialty, a rich selection of local typical dishes—from casoncelli to PDO cheeses of the valleys—will complete a gastronomic offering designed to satisfy even the most discerning palates. With over 800 completely covered seats, the festival guarantees comfortable hospitality regardless of weather. But TaragnaFest is more than just food: the musical programme is curated to appeal to all generations, while children can enjoy dedicated spaces and inflatables.
