TaragnaFest 2026 returns to Roncola San Bernardo to celebrate one of the most representative dishes in Bergamo's culinary tradition: polenta taragna. Spread across two consecutive weekends (June 26-28 and July 3-5), the event offers visitors a chance to immerse themselves in the festive atmosphere of this charming mountain location while savoring this authentic specialty in a convivial setting. The festival pays tribute to the gastronomic roots of the territory, where polenta taragna remains a cornerstone of local cuisine. By organizing the celebration across two weekends, the festival reaches a broader audience and offers greater flexibility for visitors. Throughout both weekends, TaragnaFest presents a rich variety of culinary experiences: tastings of polenta taragna prepared according to traditional recipes, typical Bergamo dishes, local wines, and zero-kilometer products. The program features live music, folk performances, and educational workshops on traditional preparation techniques. Guided excursions through the stunning Bergamo countryside and visits to local cheese factories are also planned.
