The fourth edition of Risotti a Tutta Birra returns to Marmirolo, one of the most anticipated gastronomic events in the province of Mantua. From May 28 to June 8, 2026, the Events Area on Via G. Di Vittorio will transform into a culinary arena where risottos and beer take center stage, accompanied by live music every evening. An event organized by the curators of the Festival della Cucina Mantovana that promises to delight the palates of lovers of Lombard tradition.

The menu is a celebration of Mantuan gastronomy in its most delicious variations: from classic risottos like pilota to more creative beer and squacquerone pairings, including refined versions with radicchio and speck or with local mushrooms. The main courses do not disappoint, with succulent offerings such as ribs, braised shank, and accompaniments of mustard that enhance the flavors of Mantuan cuisine. Local desserts complete a truly comprehensive gastronomic offering.

Every dish is designed for perfect pairing with carefully selected craft beers: from IPAs to Blondes, from Stouts to Weizens, to highlight every nuance of flavor in our risottos. Beer is not simply an accompaniment, but a true protagonist of the culinary experience.
