The Pizza Festival returns to Monteleone di Fermo for its 12th edition: an unmissable event that brings together gastronomic tradition and culinary innovation. From June 26 to 28, at the Circolo ASD Monte Leone Sporting Club House Inn, you can taste the Festival pizza with smoked salmon, cooked strictly in a wood-fired oven following the finest artisanal tradition. This edition celebrates smoked salmon as a symbol of the local culinary identity, reinterpreting the iconic Italian dish with noble ingredients and refined techniques. But there's more: the menu also features other pizza specialties ranging from classic recipes to original creations, designed to satisfy every palate.
