The Sagra degli Arrosticini of Fiordimonte is one of central Italy's most authentic gastronomic events, a celebration dedicated with passion to one of the signature dishes of Abruzzo and Marche culinary tradition. Now in its 42nd edition, the festival takes place from August 16-19 at the town's sports facilities, immersing visitors in a genuine atmosphere of festivity and conviviality, where the quality of local products meets the warm hospitality of the Sibillini Mountains communities. Arrosticini—small skewers of lamb meat grilled over charcoal in the purest tradition—are the undisputed stars of the evenings. Each day features themed menus showcasing Marche specialties such as olives all'ascolana and vincisgrassi, pappardelle with wild boar, papero gnocchi, and vegetable stringozzi, creating a fascinating journey through regional flavors. Food stands open daily from 6 PM, also offering bruschetta, grilled meats, fries, and traditional desserts.
