Raviolata di Lumellogno

The Lumellogno hamlet in Novara welcomes lovers of authentic Piedmontese cuisine with Raviolata 2026, a gastronomic celebration of one of the region's most traditional dishes. Organized by volunteers from the Parish of Saints Ippolito and Cassiano, this two-day event promises culinary delights and conviviality in the charming courtyard of the Oratory. The stars of the show are the celebrated lean ravioli and meat ravioli, prepared according to time-honored recipes and served with succulent ragù and roasted meat sauces. But the menu doesn't stop there: the culinary offerings are enriched with a tasty mixed grill, golden fried fish, specialties like salame della duja and creamy gorgonzola, complemented by crispy fries and irresistible desserts that will sweeten every meal. The festive atmosphere will be enhanced by live music from Serena & Riccardo, who will accompany diners during lunches and dinners with a selection of songs that foster conviviality and a celebratory spirit.
