Sagra dei Ravanit

The Sagra dei Ravanit returns to Revislate, the vibrant hamlet of Veruno in the province of Novara, to bring to the table a celebration of tradition and conviviality. From July 17 to 26, 2026, the Revislate Sports Field transforms into a gastronomic arena dedicated to the celebrated Ravanit, a typical Piedmont dish made with ground meat and vegetables, prepared according to the most authentic local recipes. Beyond the undisputed stars of the festival, you can savor the finest meat and fish specialties, accompanied by pizzas baked in a traditional wood-fired oven. A perfect combination of authentic taste and culinary innovation that will delight even the most discerning palates. The festival is open Monday to Thursday from 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM, Friday and Saturday from 6:30 PM to midnight, and Sunday from noon to 11:30 PM.
