Bagna Cauda d'Autunno (Autumn Bagna Cauda Festival)

The Vigliano d'Asti Pro Loco celebrates one of the most iconic dishes of Piedmontese culinary tradition with Bagna Cauda d'Autunno. A quintessential rural specialty tied to the fall season, bagna cauda represents a truly convivial ritual shared around the table, dipping seasonal vegetables into the traditional terracotta warmer, the 'fujot', which keeps the savoury dip at the perfect temperature throughout the meal. To satisfy every palate, the cooks will prepare both the classic garlic-rich recipe and a milder 'light' version without garlic.
