From July 24 to 29, the town's Multipurpose Area will transform into a stage of authentic flavours and quality entertainment, where culinary tradition and modern music meet to create unforgettable evenings for both residents and visitors. In the heart of agricultural Vercelli, this festival celebrates Asigliano's gastronomic identity with an à la carte menu featuring the most representative dishes of Piedmontese tradition: from tajarin to duck tajarin, through to local specialities that tell centuries of culinary heritage. Thematic evenings dedicated to risotto – a true treasure of local cuisine – will allow you to discover the infinite variations of this emblematic Piedmontese dish, from pearl barley to the traditional creamy risotto texture. The cocktail bar will accompany each evening with sophisticated drinks and exclusive creations, while the festive atmosphere will be animated by the best cover bands and orchestras, ready to entertain with the most beloved songs.
